How long does shipping take?
Orders leave our New York studio within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after that, and it's free on orders of $50 or more.
We currently ship within the United States only. See our Shipping page for the details.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. If you have an account, every order and its tracking is under Account → Orders. Checked out as a guest? Use "Track an order" in the footer with your order number and email address.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. For hygiene and safety reasons we can't accept opened beauty products or supplements, unless they arrived damaged or were sent in error.
To start a return, contact us with your order number.
Where can I find the ingredients?
Every product page lists its full ingredients, and our supplements show a complete Supplement Facts panel along with allergen information. If you have a specific sensitivity, please read the label carefully or contact us before ordering.

Can I take your supplements while pregnant or nursing?
Please consult your doctor or healthcare provider before using any dietary supplement if you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, have a medical condition, or are under 18. Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover, processed securely by Stripe. Depending on your device and browser, Apple Pay or Google Pay may also be offered at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
We pack orders quickly, but if you contact us soon after ordering we'll do our best to update or cancel it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can be returned under our returns policy.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not yet. We currently ship to all 50 states and Washington, D.C. only.
