Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only: all 50 states and Washington, D.C. We are not able to ship internationally or to APO/FPO addresses at this time.
Processing time
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding US holidays). Orders placed after 2 pm Eastern Time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day.
Delivery estimates and costs
- Standard shipping: usually 3–7 business days after your order ships. Free on orders of $50 or more.
- Expedited options, when offered, are shown with their price at checkout.
Shipping costs and any applicable sales tax are calculated at checkout before you pay. Delivery estimates come from the carrier and are not guaranteed, especially during peak seasons or severe weather.
Tracking your order
As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link. Signed-in customers can also follow every order under Account → Orders, and guests can use Track an order with their order number and email address.
Lost, late or damaged parcels
If your tracking hasn't moved for 7 days, a parcel shows as delivered but you can't find it, or something arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date with your order number (and a photo for damaged items). We'll work with the carrier and make it right with a replacement or refund.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you spot a mistake, contact us right away; we can update the address only before the order ships.
